Dr N D Trounce is the senior partner. He qualified in 1976 after training at Trinity College Cambridge and Westminster Medical School and has been at Heene Road Practice since 1981. He has a keen interest in all aspects of General Practice and is also a keen gardener, walker and hockey player.

Dr A N Das obtained his medical training in New Delhi, India, where he attained a Masters Degree in Medicine. In 1980 he completed his PLAB (Professional Linguistic Assessment Board) in Edinburgh, followed by Orthopaedic training in various parts of the Country and joined as Orthopaedic Senior House Officer in Southlands Hospital in 1983 as part of a Vocational Training Scheme. Dr Das then went on to Medicine for the care of the elderly/Obstetrics and Gynaecology and then Adult Psychiatry, Accident & Emergency and Medicine.

In 1985 he requalified and got LMSSA (Licenciate to Practice Medicine and Surgery from the Society of Apothecaries) in Blackfriars, London. In 1990 he did a Diploma course in Obstetrics/Gynaecology (DRCOG) in London and subsequently joined Heene Road Practice in 1991. Dr Das has special interests in Obstetrics/Gynaecology/Orthopaedics and medicine for the care of the elderly. He is a keen gardener and cricket enthusiast

Dr M Hamid graduated with honours. He worked for a short period in Sweden and then he trained in paediatrics. He is an elected member of the Royal College of Paediatricians, London. Dr Hamid underwent training in multiple specialties in London, Scotland, Manchester & Worthing before becoming a GP. He is keen to promote muscular skeletal disorder management in Primary Care. Dr Hamid used to play hockey and cricket for his school team and still follows this passionately; he also is good at yoga and very enthusiastic regarding personal fitness.
