A doctor is always available if you need urgent advice or medical treatment outside normal surgery hours. During these times medical cover will be provided by the duty doctor or Harmoni out of hours service [Telephone 0300 130 1313].
Please telephone the surgery and a recorded message will give appropriate telephone numbers. Please have a pen and paper ready and listen carefully to the whole message.

NHS Direct is a 24-hour nurse-led help line providing advice and information:
- What to do if you are ill
- Health concerns for you and your family
- Local health services
- Self-help and support organisations
All patient information is confidential to those who are involved in your medical care e.g., doctors, nurses, both in the surgery and those at the hospital treating you or community nurses who may visit you at home, and to surgery staff who have to handle your information.
All staff employed by the Practice is bound by confidentiality agreements. Any other access to patient identifiable information requires informed consent for which patients will be contacted.
